RAYWEST DESIGNBUILD is giving a serious facelift to a Fayetteville landmark. The entire 3rd-floor space of the former Cumberland County Health Department has undergone complete demolition and renovation.

Originally built in the 1970’s, the health department was merely a maze of exam rooms and offices.  Cape Fear Valley Hospital called upon RAYWEST DESIGNBUILD to open the 20,000 square foot space and make room for over 150 office cubicles.

RAYWEST DESIGNBUILD stripped the entire third floor down to its concrete and steel shell and is currently in the process of redesigning the space to function as a modern workplace.

In a matter of 90 days, this iconic building in downtown Fayetteville has been brought from the 1970’s to 2018!
