RCA has a rigorous membership process, and all qualification information is reviewed annually. This means retailers can be assured that working with a RCA contractor means working with Quality.

Qualifications for RCA membership include:

• Excellent reputation in the industry; three references from retailers are required.
• General contractor with significant business operations in retail construction, for a minimum of five years.
• Properly licensed in all states where the contractor conducts business.
• Insured in accordance with industry standards.
• Bondable by an AM Best carrier rated A- or better.
• Review of EMR rating.
