RAYWEST DESIGNBUILD executed a 1,210-square-foot upfit for Poki Bowl in Fayetteville, NC, marking one of the brand’s first East Coast locations. The design features a clean, crisp aesthetic with stainless steel and bright lighting, intentionally subduing the interior to ensure the colorful, fresh ingredients on the service line remain the focal point.
