RAYWEST DESIGNBUILD transformed the 22,156-square-foot 1960s-era Williams Office Supply building into a state-of-the-art corporate headquarters and UL-listed call center for Holmes Security. The 27-week renovation preserved the building’s historical charm while integrating triple-redundant technology systems, modern collaborative spaces, and sustainable, energy-efficient infrastructure.
