RAYWEST DESIGNBUILD extended the reach of AmeriHealth Caritas by transforming a former Lowe’s Home Improvement store into two new wellness-focused facilities. The extensive upfit required significant plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler system modifications to transition the building’s use into a mix of office cubicles, classroom spaces, a community meeting room, and a teaching kitchenette.
