On May 8, 2025, we had the incredible honor of celebrating our 10th anniversary! This milestone event brought together more than 100 of our friends, family, clients, and subcontractors at Studio 215 in downtown Fayetteville, NC.
Guests enjoyed a lively evening with live music from Len Dallas and mouthwatering barbecue catered by Southern Smoke BBQ. Throughout the venue, large video screens played slideshows of our projects from over the past decade – a reminder of how far we’ve come, and the strong partnerships and talented teams who helped us get here.
Heartfelt thank-you speeches were shared by our founders, Greg West and Hector Ray. Greg reflected on the history of RAYWEST DESIGNBUILD and our journey from a small local contractor to a trusted commercial construction partner across the Carolinas. Hector focused on celebrating the incredible people – our clients, employees, subcontractors, and partners – who have made our success possible.
