RAYWEST DESIGNBUILD constructed Dirty Whiskey, a 6,000-square-foot craft cocktail bar adjacent to Dirtbag Ales Brewery. To ensure a cohesive aesthetic and structural efficiency, the team utilized a Butler pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), allowing the project to be completed in just 19 weeks. The design features soaring indoor spaces and glass roll-up garage doors that create a seamless transition to a year-round outdoor patio equipped with gas heaters and fans.
